Problem
Gig recruitment platforms face severe drop-offs due to complex sign-ups and high user anxiety regarding fake profiles.
Design System Architecture
Designed and built three surfaces on one shared REST API: an Expo mobile app for job seekers, employers and advertisers, a Next.js web app with the same portals, and an admin console. Trust is layered: instant mobile OTP sign-in, an Aadhaar identity step with document upload that unlocks higher-trust features such as listing activities, and admin verification of every employer company before it can post a job. Admins moderate users, companies, jobs and reports from a data-dense console with an audit log. Job seekers get ten free applications and then a subscription, while employer plans, advertiser plans and activity bookings all run through Razorpay.
Business Impact
2.4x Acceleration in Hiring Lifecycle. Role-based access (job seeker, employer, advertiser, admin) is enforced in the API with JWT, so mobile, web and admin all share one set of rules. The backend moved off Supabase to raw AWS: RDS PostgreSQL, S3 and CloudFront, SES email, and Elastic Beanstalk with CodePipeline auto-deploys on every push.

Problem
Enterprise data logging for carbon emission reporting is highly repetitive, prone to human error, and suffers from massive dashboard information overload.
Design System Architecture
Redesigned a multi-page tabular interface into a unified, 1-Click Drag-and-Drop Ingestion Dashboard. Formulated a clean visual feedback loop for an AI automation system: OCR pipelines scan data, and an LLM classification engine highlights GHG Scope choices, allowing users to verify suggestions instantly without manual data entry.

Problem
Retail billing operators struggle with laggy desktop software, leading to longer queues and billing mismatches at checkout counters.
Design System Architecture
Designed a scan-first, single-view billing screen built around a USB barcode scanner: the scan box never loses focus, so a clerk scans, sees the size and colour variant land in the cart with its stored discount, adds the customer's mobile, picks Cash, UPI or Card, and closes the bill without touching the mouse. Behind that one screen, every sale runs as a single database transaction that checks stock, deducts it, writes the invoice and appends a row to the stock ledger. Returns and exchanges start by scanning the QR printed on the bill, and the same ledger records them.
Business Impact
<10s Transaction Flow Design. Every sale, return, scrap and stock-in is a ledger row holding the previous and new stock count, so shelf counts always reconcile with billing. Bills go out as a PDF or WhatsApp message, and the owner sees revenue, discounts, returns, stock value and payroll on one dashboard.

Problem
Multi-layered agriculture supply chains cut down small farmer margins while causing delivery untrustworthiness for consumers.
Design System Architecture
Designed a three-role marketplace around one rule: make it easy for a farmer to sell and easy for a buyer to trust. Farmers sign up with email and mobile OTP, complete KYC, and list products in a bilingual English and Hindi form where every pack size carries its own price and stock. A pricing engine adds platform commission, GST and shipping to the farmer's base price, and an admin approves each listing before it goes live. Buyers browse by category and rating, save addresses, pay with Razorpay or cash on delivery from ₹1,000, and follow a four-step order tracker, with PDF invoices and returns handled in the same dashboard.
Business Impact
+35% Growth in Direct Producer Revenue Yields. Every order keeps a status history, online payments are confirmed only after a verified Razorpay signature, and each listing is approved by an admin before buyers see it, so farmers keep more of every sale and buyers know what they are paying for.
